Viewing: The major items of equipment may be inspected by prior appointment only between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on Monday 19th January 2015.
Registration: All bidders must register their name, company details and address with Bidspotter.co.uk in order to place bids at the auction. Proof of identity may be required and ADS Ltd. reserve the right to reject any prospective bidder.
Overseas Purchasers: ADS Ltd. may request further proof of identity from foreign purchasers including;

Buyer’s Premium: A Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be charged on all lots sold without exception.
Payment: All invoices due must be paid in full prior to the collection of goods by the following methods;

A charge to cover the cost of expressing payments made by cheque may be charged to the purchaser.

No goods will be available for collection until such time as cleared funds have been received in full.
Clearance of Lots: All lots must be removed from site by Wednesday January 28th 2015 before 4.00pm unless independent storage and removal arrangements are made with the landlord. Only qualified and insured machinery removers will be permitted to undertake the removal of large items of machinery from site. Proof of insurance, method statements, risk assessments and operator’s licences may be required before removal can commence. Qualified contractors will be required to isolate electrical supplies, disconnect gas supplies and degas a.c. units where applicable. The cost of such works will be the responsibility of the purchaser and should be taken into account prior to bidding.
Risk: The risk in the goods resides with the Bidder once the lot has been sold. Purchasers are therefore advised to arrange insurance as a mater of urgency.
VAT: All lots sold will be subject to a VAT charge of 20% unless specifically stated otherwise.
Loose and Stock Items: All contents of racks and benches in the nature of stock or components are specifically excluded from the sale of any lot unless they are specifically detailed in the description.
Safety: All visitors to the site are reminded that they are responsible for their own safety while on site. Individuals attending the site on view, sale and collection days should wear appropriate protective clothing.
Title in Goods will not pass to the Purchaser until such time as the goods have been paid for in full. Any deposits paid may be held by the auctioneer and offset against additional costs and/or the shortfall.
Building Considerations: All holes in walls created by the removal of ducting etc must be made good or the ducting must be terminated in a manner that leaves the building in a safe and secure condition. The collection of the generator will require the removal of the roof or a wall in the generator house. The building does not need to be made good post removal, but it does need to be left in a safe and structurally sound condition.
