Vat: All bids exclude VAT at 14%, which will be charged on all items.

- If purchasing in your personal capacity, a copy of ID and recent (not older than 3 months) proof of residence is required
- If purchasing in your company name a copy of company registration form CM1 or CK1, CM46, CM9, a utility bill & CM29 or Resolution from company authorising representative to bid is required.
- If purchasing where the person is not a RSA citizen, a copy of passport and proof of residence if living in RSA is required.

However all lots are subject to a fixed lot charge of 12% per lot. A Pro-Forma Invoice will be issued on 18 February 2016, showing the total amount due. VAT is charged on all lot and bid charges.
Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by 16h30 on Thursday, 25 February 2016, by EFT
Dispatching Times: As soon as buyer’s payment shows in our FNB Account, on Mondays until Fridays from 08h00 to 16:00, or Saturdays from 08h00 to 12h00. Storage at R250 per day will be charged per lot on late collections from 29 February 2016.
Fica Requirements: Kindly note the following FICA documents are required on registration:
