Auction lots will close from 12:00pm on Wednesday 16th January 2019, although bids placed within the last 5 minutes will increase the closing time of the lot by 5 minutes each time. 

Buyers should satisfy themselves as to the condition and completeness of lots prior to bidding, and if necessary contact Ramco for further information. Complaints regarding condition will not be entertained following the auction.

This auction is COLLECTION ONLY on a buyer to remove basis (no packing or palletising services are offered) and all collections MUST be carried out between Monday 21st January through to Friday 25th January 2019, 08:00 - 16:00 (Friday 08:00 - 14:00) - STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please note there will be no Forklift on site. Buyers should make necessary arrangements for removal and loading.

Where lots require dismantling buyers should ensure that sufficient time is allowed to carry out the work required in a safe and controlled manner. Where necessary Ramco will require Risk Assessments and Method Statements to cover the work being carried out.

NO COLLECTION SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

Any items that are paid for and remain on site after Friday 25th January will be disposed of with no further reference to the winning bidder.

Payment must be made at least 24hrs before any collection arrangements actioned.

Winning bidders need to advise the auction executive prior to collection with details of the company collecting and times and dates.
