SIRANE'S M7 Pouch-Filling Machine is a fast, versatile and low-cost packaging solution... with a small footprint, of up to just 2m2 and auto and manual fill options, it's the perfect pouch-filling solution for anyone looking to automate their pouch-filling operation and move away from costly manual packing. It's suitable for solids, powders, liquids & irregulars, and is a very flexible solution.
We can offer single or dual head pouch-filling machines, integrated pumps for liquids, as well as a range of accessories opening up the machines' suitability to a wide range of products.
The pouch-filling line has already been used for the following types of products...
SOLIDS - frozen foods; pet foods/treats; fruit; vegetables; coffee & tea: cookies/biscuits; nuts; cereal; cheese; fasteners; seeds; potting soil; snacks; sweets; seafood; pasta; fertiliser; poultry.
LIQUIDS - alcoholic beverages; soups; stews; pastes; piping bags; chemicals; oils; soaps; juices.
POWDERS - protein powders; sugar; flour; chemicals; sweeteners; detergent; acid; pancake mix; spices.
MACHINE OVERVIEW: The Sirane Pouch-Filling Machine has the versatility to work with many different styles of pre-made pouches (including our plastic-free Earthpouch). Bags are loaded into the cartridge and are transferred to the filling area using vacuum cups and a guided air cylinders. Sensors assure that the pouch is in position and it is properly opened. A Transition Chute is inserted to prevent product spillage and protect the seal area. After filling, the pouch is sealed and released.
POUCH LOADING: The process starts with up to 300 empty pouches being placed into the adjustable cartridge. Bags can be loaded while the machine is in operation.
POUCH OPENING: Pouches are individually removed from the cartridge with a unique combination of vacuum and pneumatic actuators. They are rotated to the fill area and opened.
POUCH DETECTION: Multiple bag detection switches are used at various points in the cycle to ensure correct bag placement and full bag opening. Should a reject bag be detected it is ejected from the machine and the process continues. Rejected bags can be inspected by the operator and re-used if good.
INTEGRATION CHUTE: Doubling as a timing bucket, the product enters the transition chute while the bag is being opened below. Upon pouch detection the chute enters the bag and opens its gate. Product is dispensed immediately, without spillage and protecting the seal from contamination. Difficult product that easily bridges is dispensed into the pouch directly from the filler through the “open gate”.
FILLING: During filling, pouches are held in place with our “posi-hold” gripper system. This allows for heavyweights and shock loads without disturbing bag position. Once filled the pouch is pulled tight for sealing.
SEALING: Digitally controlled, the ribbed or flat constant heat seal bars give an integral attractive seal. Pouches are sealed “in place” eliminating wrinkles, folded comers and non-aligned seals. Impulse sealing is also available.
ADJUSTMENT: Our quick adjustment system makes work much easier and allows you to save time. It enables you to change bag sizes in a matter of minutes and to reproduce this setting whenever needed. This is the perfect solution when you have multiple pouches to run, as you can save up to 50 recipes on the touchscreen.
EASY TO USE: After training your operators and maintenance staff will be able to set up, change bag sizes, monitor maintain and troubleshoot. Our service technicians will help integrate your exiting fillers and set up the full system.

Auctioneers Terms and Conditions for On-Line Bidders
Subject to additions and deletions prior to the sale and at the time of the auction. All bidders participating in the auction shall be bound by the following terms & conditions.
A Buyers Premium of 18% will be in effect for this auction. The auction is conducted and payable in Euros or GBP , depending on the country the auction is held.
Terms of the sale are Cash, wire transfer or direct deposit. We do not accept checks (cheques) in any form.
Accounts must be settled the day of the auction and before any items may be removed from the premises.
Each successful online bidder will receive an invoice / winners notification by email.
Taxes: All buyers are subject to pay the TAX of the country the auction is held in and shall be paid to the Auctioneer at the time of sale. Foreign buyers can apply for a refund.
The Auctioneer has the right to delete, remove or alter lots prior to sale.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any applicant the privilege of bidding on the auction and may revoke such privilege at any time.
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and lie at the purchasers risk immediately

If the Auctioneer is unable to deliver an Item sold to a Buyer due to fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever, the Auctioneer shall reimburse Buyer for all monies paid to the Auctioneer in respect of the Item and the Auctioneer shall have no further liability to Buyer arising from or relating to such loss, including without limitation, any damages or loss of profits.
In any case of dispute the Auctioneers decision shall be final.

Time is of the essence; If Buyer fails to make payment or remove Item(s) within the time periods provided, the Auctioneer may resell the Item(s) purchased by Auction, private contract or otherwise, as Auctioneer in his discretion deems advisable, and Buyer shall be liable for the shortfall and all costs expenses, moving and storage. All invoices will be sent via email.
All items must be removed from the premises by the date listed per auction and only upon full payment.
Removal hours are as posted per auction and must be adhered to unless otherwise specified or arranged. All items not removed within the allotted time are subject to a £30.00 per day storage charge.
Cost and responsibility of removal remains with the purchaser.
