Sale Terms and Important Information

The Auction comprises the plant machinery and equipment used in the former business of Delmar Press (Colour Printers) Ltd

All lots are sold as seen and carry no warranty whatsoever.  Purchasers are deemed to have viewed and satisfied themselves with the condition of all lots.

The act of clicking a bid on the internet is a legal commitment to purchase the goods at the price bid when the Auction finishes.

If you are unable to establish the condition or value of the goods to your satisfaction please do not bid.

Considerable effort has been made to ensure the description of the lots are as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee no mistakes have been made.

All bids are made for the entirety of the lots purchased.

The sale is collection only and no items will be forwarded by post, courier or other means.  Collection is by arrangement commencing 18^th February 2019.

Payment will be required prior to collection by BACS, debit card, pre-arranged cheque payment or also by pre-arrangement cash on collection.

All bidders are required to register in order to bid.

Please note that all lots are subject to a 10% buyer’s premium, together with 20% VAT on the total of the hammer price and buyer’s premium.
