Due to Covid 19, the preference will be to ship out, costs in line with Parcelforce / DPD costs...collections will be possible at a safe distance, at a specific time to suit both parties.

Please be aware that all bids are legally binding and you will be obliged to buy, Reserves may be reduced during sale.

There will be a delay in the availability of lots 438 onwards as they have to be picked by RS, and onward shipped to us...this is estimated to be around 2-3 weeks after payment made. There is also a small possibility of stock discrepancies, these will be resolved on a pro rata basis.

All lots in this auction are 'New' items unless stated otherwise, and are brought to auction by our sister company who has an agreement, with leading UK Industrial Distributor RS Components, to buy and sell their excess and obsolete items - their item number is included in the listing for cross reference purposes, if you wish to view the items then please contact us to arrange. Please note that ownership of the goods has passed over to our client so there is no responsibility on RS regarding warranty or support.

Auction Opens: Tuesday 19th May 2020

Payment to be made by 29th May 2020 unless arrangement made with Auctioneer

Please note late payment fees will be added if applicable.

Payment is to be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal or cash on collection - we do not accept card payments. We do not deduct any payment from your deposit, we will invoice you the full amount so that you can choose the method of payment.

For EU customers, invoice will be re-issued, minus VAT, on production of a valid EU VAT number.

All lots, up to 438, are located near Bicester, Oxfordshire, delivery can be arranged except for fragile items and those items that are larger than a pallet, carriage for these items can be arranged by yourselves but, in the case of fragile items, at your risk. 

Lots from 438 are held at RS Components until sold so, as stated above, it could take around 2 -3 weeks for these to be available, and there is a small chance that the item may not be available when picking. These will be refunded in full if payment has been made.

Collections:

Collections will run from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. unless otherwise stated, but must be arranged with the Auctioneer as location not always manned and the items will need to picked from the warehouse. Goods will normally be available within 2 days of payment, dependant on the number of lots to be picked.

As long as the items are paid for then we are farly flexible on collection times, and will try and fit in a mutually convenient pickup time, this should be within 2 weeks from auction close date.

Postage can be arranged (at Buyer's risk) for non fragile / lighter items, prices will reflect the charges made by Hermes or Standard Pallet Delivery Charges - we do not usually charge for our picking / packing labour. A pallet, for mainland UK, will be £50, quotes can be obtained for further afield.
