i-bidder: The auction will be run live online through i-Bidder. To register to bid online go to www.i-bidder.com. A catalogue including photographs will be available to view on i-bidder no later than.

Terms & Conditions
The properties will be sold under the Law Society's Standard Conditions of Sale (Fifth Edition - 2018 Revision).
A copy of the sale contract is available from the auctioneers by request.
All prospective purchasers must register their interest officially with the Auctioneers directly, and must provide proof of identification and funds prior to being approved for this auction.
On the 'fall of the hammer' the purchaser will be expected to sign the contact and pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price electronically to the auctioneers immediately. Completion is fixed for Friday 28th May 2021 or earlier by request.
