Bidding

All lots are sold as is, where is. We strongly recommend bidders do not bid on any lots if they have not viewed them first. Our descriptions and photographs are not sufficient to rely upon for the purposes of bidding.

Whilst we have made every effort to provide accurate and reliable lot descriptions, Gordon Brothers Europe do not warrant the information contained herein and purchasers must satisfy themselves of its accuracy by viewing. 

No allowances will be made for any inaccuracies in our lot descriptions under any circumstances.

Acceptance of Bids

At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale highest bids will be submitted to the vendor for approval which will be subject to approval by the vendor. No bid may be withdrawn and the vendor does not bind himself to accept the highest or any bid or any placed during the course of the online Auction Sale.

Clearance

All lots must be cleared without exception by 4pm Wednesday 4th June 2014, such date and time being the Clearance Date and Time as referred to in the General Conditions.

Collection from site is the Buyer’s responsibility, Gordon Brothers Europe do not provide a packing/ delivery service.

Payment

All Lots shall be paid for in full by 5pm on Monday 2ndJune 2014 and shall be at the Buyer`s risk immediately upon the conclusion of the sale.

Telegraphic Transfer - Bank details available on request

Bankers Draft/ Cheques: (made payable to Gordon Brothers International LLC) will only be accepted on the basis that any Lots are not removed until cleared funds are in the Company`s client account. 

Debit / Credit Cards: Gordon Brothers Europe do not accept payment by debit / credit card.

Cash payments of over £2,000 will not be accepted.
