BUYER’S PREMIUM
All bids, whether for individual lots or for all the goods shown, will be subject to a Buyer’s Premium of 10% plus VAT per lot, payable as a charge over and above the original bids.
VALUE ADDED TAX
VAT is not payable on any of the lots.
LOT DESCRIPTION
It is the responsibility of all prospective purchasers to satisfy themselves with regard to the contents of each lot.
VIEWING
At:- Arrow Auctions, Bartleet Road, Washford, Redditch B98 0DQ on Tuesday 7th & Wednesday 8th April 2015 from 9:00am—4:00pm.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING:
MAXIMUM BIDS: If more than one maximum bid is placed of the same amount, the maximum bid placed first will be considered the highest bid and a further bid will need to be placed to take the lead. Bidders are notified by an automated message which appears on their screen.
IMPORTANT: When bidding, do not forget to ‘REFRESH’ your screen to ensure you are aware of current bids.
BIDDING ENDS:
Bidding will end at: 12:00 noon on Friday 10th April 2015 [subject to the normal 10 min extensions].
Successful bidders will be notified by email after the sale.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All purchases must be paid for in full by 4:00pm on Monday 13th April 2015, by cash, card payment, bank transfer or banker’s draft made payable to Arrow Auctions. NB payment by credit card is subject to a 3% surcharge.
INSURANCE OF LOTS:
The buyer is at risk from the point of being informed of his successful bid and is advised to obtain insurance cover as soon as possible.
NON-TRANSFERENCE OF LOTS
Arrow Auctions will accept payment from, and permit removal of lots by, the purchaser to whom the lot was sold.
CLEARANCE TERMS AND ARRANGEMENTS
All lots must be removed during Tuesday 14th & Wednesday 15th April 2015 between 10:00am and 4:00pm.
The Auctioneer does not undertake packaging, postage, delivery or shipment of goods.
NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE ALLOWED
Failure to complete removal by the specified time will result in storage charges being made at the rate of £5.00per day plus VAT.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All lots will be sold subject to the Auctioneer’s terms and conditions to which you agree with prior to bidding.
