£10 plus VAT for the initial letter sent by the solicitor; and any court fees that are incurred, including but not limited to £90 lost wages, travel costs and £165 hearing fee.

Any Buyer who is in default or breach under these terms shall be banned from any Auction held by the Auctioneer, Bidspotter or ibidder

Please remember your bid is a commitment to buy. Your maximum bid is also a commitment to buy even if the vendor removes any reserve.
