This iconic supercar has covered only 40,000 miles and is presented in the stunning exterior colour of RUF yellowbird (paint to sample)This car is fondly referred to as the king of Porsches and it does not disappoint.  The colour is very rare, possibily the only right hand drive of this original specification in the UK. The factory fitted X50 power upgrade increases the BHP to over 430.  Its power and handling are awesome, particularly for a car that is now over 21 years old.  The car has not been modified in any way and is original throughout. It has been meticulously maintained and benefits from a bare metal respray 2 years ago using the original german paint. The interior is full leather throughout with colour coded porsche electric seats, as well as all of the extras you would expect to find in a car of this quality.Cherished number not included. View this lot in our showroom and marquee preview day Friday 5th July 2019, Beamish, County Durham

Beamish Auctions – GNCCS 2019 Terms and Conditions

Sellers Terms and Conditions

There is no entry fee for car or motorcycle consignments. Should your entry sell at auction, we will charge our standard seller's commission of 5%+VAT based on the hammer price your entry has achieved. The sales commission will be deducted from the hammer price (if the reserve is met), with the remainder being paid to the seller.

Sellers can specify a fixed reserve. We do not make discretionary changes to reserves on sale day under any circumstances without the sellers prior consent.

Proceeds of your sold consignment will be paid to the seller within a maximum of 5 working days after we have received the full purchase price from the buyer. We will settle with you the amount of the hammer price less any outstanding charges (including transport, sales commission fees and VAT as previously agreed).

Buyers Terms and Conditions

All purchases are subject to a buyers premium of 15% + VAT at the current rate

The purchasers of all lots under £1000 hammer price must pay for the item in full by the end of the sale day and before the lot can be removed unless alternative arrangements are made in advance

The purchasers of all lots over £1000 hammer price must pay a minimum £500 deposit towards the item by the end of the sale day. The remaining amount will be due within 5 working days of the end of the auction. No lots will be released until cleared funds are received in full.

Payments are accepted by debit card or bank transfer only.

Fees – A Worked Example

For example a winning bid at the fall of the hammer of £10,000 would lead to a final bill of for the purchaser of £11800 including VAT (£10000+[£1500 +£300 VAT])

The seller, having enjoyed free entry of their lot into the auction, would be returned a total of £9400. This is the £10000 hammer price less 5% + VAT, (£10000 - [£500+£100 VAT])
