**4. Bidding Process**
4.1 Bidders must be registered and approved by the Auctioneer to participate in the bidding process.
4.2 Bidding increments will be set by the Auctioneer and communicated to all participants.
4.3 The highest bid at the close of the auction will be the winning bid.
4.4 Winning bidders are bound.
**5. Payment and Fees**
5.1 The winning bidder must pay the full auction price plus any applicable fees within 72 Hours after the close of the auction.
