Notes on Bidding

Where items are combinations lots - Please note you can bid for individual lots or for the plant as a whole. Accordingly your winning bid for individual items cannot be confirmed until the outcome of the combination lot has been determined. - Overtime bidding - Bidding will be extended on individual lots if bids are placed within 10 minutes of the items end time.
Clearance
- Timing - TBA
- Please note that goods must be collected by the date stated in timings above. If no date is given collection must be within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of auction. Failure to do so will result in a storage charge of £100 per week per item.
- If buyer to remove (BTR) - upon request we can provide a price from our contractors to disconnect and load onto your transport
- Appointments for collections - cannot be made until full payment has been received. We operate a strict booking in service. Upon receipt of cleared funds you will need to liaise with our Site Manager to arrange a mutually convenient collection date. The Site Manager's number will accommpany your invoice. This number can also be obtained from our office +44 UK (0) 1225 874677.

- Goods cannot be removed on the day of the sale.
- This sale is subject to our standard terms and conditions available from the our website or by request from our office.

Buyer's premium
Buyer's premium will be charged on all items at 17.5%.
Remember all purchases/lift out charges are subject to buyer's premium at the rate of 17.5% plus VAT where applicable.
VAT
