Description
1 x All stainless steel Dutch TecSource continuous screw feed steam blancher (without steam generator ). S/n 2011-0420. This unit is totally jacketed and can have a live steam injected into the product. Screw diameter is 500 mm. Total travelling length of 3300 mm. Product pitch is 220 mm. Complete with stainless steel gantry. Currently has 3 travelling settings from 30 secs - 2 minutes. Because of the flotation characteristics of mushrooms, it is very important to keep them completely submerged during the blanching process. If this fails, the mushrooms will not be evenly blanched. The construction of this therefore has a special hatch construction so that the mushrooms do not get the chance to float. Also suitable for numerous other products. Absolutely as new. Cost new approx. £130k. (Located South East England).

- Viewing by appointment ONLY through the auctioneers.
Notes on Bidding
- Where items are combinations lots - Please note you can bid for individual lots or for the plant as a whole. Accordingly your winning bid for individual items cannot be confirmed until the outcome of the combination lot has been determined.
- Overtime bidding - Bidding will be extended on individual lots if bids are placed within 10 minutes of the items end time.
Clearance
- Timing - 14 August 2015.
- Please note that goods must be collected by the date stated in timings above. If no date is given collection must be within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of auction. Failure to do so will result in a storage charge of £100 per week per item.
- If buyer to remove (BTR) - upon request we can provide a price from our contractors to disconnect and load onto your transport
- Appointments for collections - cannot be made until full payment has been received. We operate a strict booking in service. Upon receipt of cleared funds you will need to liaise with our Site Manager to arrange a mutually convenient collection date. The Site Manager's number will accommpany your invoice.
