All lots are sold as, where is. 

Whilst we have made every effort to provide accurate and reliable lot descriptions, Gordon Brothers Europe do not warrant the information contained herein and purchasers must satisfy themselves of its accuracy by viewing. 

No allowances will be made for any inaccuracies in our lot descriptions under any circumstances.

Lots will be charged a 15% buyers premium on the fall of the hammer price.

Acceptance of Bids

At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale final bid figures will be submitted to the seller for its approval and any Bid shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the by the Company/Seller. No bid may be withdrawn and the Company/Seller does not bind himself to accept the highest Bid or any other Bid placed in the course of the online Auction Sale.

Clearance

All lots must be cleared without exception by 4pm Friday 29^th November 2013, such date and time being the Clearance Date and Time as referred to in the General Conditions.

Collection from site is the Buyer’s responsibility, Gordon Brothers Europe do not provide a packing/ delivery service.

Payment

All Lots shall be paid for in full by 5pm on Wednesday 27^th November 2013 and shall be at the Buyer`s risk immediately upon the conclusion of the sale.

Telegraphic Transfer - Bank details available on request

Bankers Draft/ Cheques: (made payable to ‘Gordon Brothers International, LLC’) will only be accepted on the basis that any Lots are not removed until cleared funds are in the Company`s client account. 

Debit / Credit Cards: Gordon Brothers Europe do not accept payment by debit / credit card.

Cash payments of over £500 will not be accepted.
