All lots are sold as, where is. We strongly recommend that bidders do not to bid on any lots if they have not viewed them first.

Acceptance of Bids
At the close of the timed Online Auction Sale the final bid figures will be submitted to the vendor for approval and any bid shall be subject to approval and acceptance by the by the vendor or the auctioneer. No bid may be withdrawn and the vendor and the auctioneer does not bind himself to accept the highest bid or any other bid placed in the course of the Online Auction Sale.
Clearance
All lots must be cleared without exception by 4pm Friday 7th March 2014.
Collection, disconnection, uplift and packaging from the site is the Buyer’s responsibility; Gordon Brothers Europe do not provide a packing or delivery service.
Payment
All lots shall be paid for in full by 4pm on Friday 7th March 2014 and shall be at the buyer`s risk immediately upon the conclusion of the sale.
Telegraphic Transfer - Bank details available on request.
Bankers Draft/ Cheques: (made payable to Gordon Brothers Europe) will only be accepted on the basis that any lots are not removed until cleared funds are in the Gordon Brothers Europe client account.
Debit / Credit Cards: Gordon Brothers Europe do not accept payment by debit / credit card.
Cash payments of over £2,000 will not be accepted.
