Please Note: This sale has TWO MAIN auction sites for viewing and clearing: -

Lots 1-8: Walnut Tree Farm, Crittenden Road, Matfield, nr Tonbridge Kent TN12 7EN

Lots 11-165: Airconaire Ltd, Unit 6 Deacon Trading Est, Knight Road, Strood, Rochester Kent ME2 2AU

Lot 9: Viking Engineering (Architectural Metalwork) Limited (In Liquidation) Park Lane, Basford, Nottingham NG6 0DT

Lot 10: Tong Hall, Tong Village, Bradford BD4 0RR

Before Bidding: All bidders must satisfy themselves of the condition of each lot.  A day has been set aside at each of the above sites for you to visually inspect the lots as above.

Buyers Premium: 10% Buyer's Premium will be levied against each lot plus VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%.

After Bidding: Lots will not available for collection by the Auctioneer until: -

1. Cleared payment in full has been received
2. MLR 2017 verification has been completed (where necessary)

Payment & Clearance Conditions

  1. Your invoice must be paid in full by bank transfer (Faster Payments) upon receipt after the sale.

 2. Your invoice must be paid in full before attending the auction site(s) for collection.

 3. All lots must be cleared from the auction site by 4pm on Monday 16 December 2019.

 4. A levy of £100 plus VAT per day will be charged for each day your lots are still on the auction site  from Tuesday 17 December 2019 onwards (unless a prior arrangement has been made with the auctioneer).

5. You are required to make your own arrangements for decommissioning/isolating lots wherever necessary, in accordance with health & safety legislation and to the satisfaction of the auctioneer.

6. You are required to make your own arrangements for lifting and removal/collection wherever necessary, as there are no lifting facilities or courier services available.

7. For Lots 9 and 10 clearance is by prior appointment only with the Auctioneer.
