1. REGISTRATION AND DEPOSIT
In order to participate in this auction, a fully refundable deposit of EUR 2000 € (GBP £1,660) is required, this will be taken by i-bidder.com and held in the i-bidder Ecommerce Account.
Once you have signed up for the auction, you will be sent an electronic payment request email by i-bidder.com. You should follow the prompts to pay the amount via our secured online e-commerce system. Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded by i-bidder after the sale. Winning bidders should pay Legal Auctions the requested hammer amount for all won lots including the buyers premium of 18%, the deposit will then be returned in full by i-bidder.
1. INSCRIPCIÓN Y CAUCION :
Para poder pujar en esta subasta, es necesario depositar una caución de EUR 2 000 € (GBP £1,660).
Postores nacionales (desde España): Deben dirigirse a Legal Auctions Subastas (Tel. 00 34 91 758 22 58. E-mail auctions@arrakis.es) para formalizar la caución.
Postores Internacionales : Deberán enviar una solicitud de pago de i-bidder por correo, y seguir los avisos o pasos para efectuar el pago a través de nuestro sistema de e-commerce seguro online. Después de la subasta, i-bidder devolverá la caución a los postores que no hayan sido adjudicatarios de ningún lote. Los Postores adjudicatarios de lotes debrán abonar a Legal Auctions Subastas, s.l. el precio de remate entero, más el 18% de comisión o Buyers Premium. Una vez que los lotes están pagados, i-bidder devolverá la caución.
