on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th February 2013 between 10am to 4pm.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING: Access for bidding can be obtained from www.bidspotter.co.uk. Full bidder’s details including an email address and valid credit or debit card details must be provided in order to bid. Lots will be offered at 30 second intervals. In the event of a bid being received within 10 minutes of the scheduled closing time, the bidding period on that lot will automatically extend by a further 10 minutes and for a further 10 minutes for any bid received thereafter. When bidding do not forget to `Refresh` (F5) your screen to ensure you are aware of current bids.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: No goods may be removed until they have been paid for in full. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, cash (to a maximum of £8,000), and credit or debit cards. A handling charge of 3% will be added to all purchases made by credit card. There is no extra charge for Debit cards. Bank transfers can be made directly into our Client’s Call Account. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact our office BEFORE the sale day on 01404 891833 to make arrangements with our accounts department.

A buyer’s premium of 15% plus VAT will be charged on all lots, plus a webcast premium of 3% plus VAT. All lots in this sale will attract VAT at the standard rate of 20%.

Upon the lot being declared as sold to you, the full purchase price, together with buyer’s premium and VAT, will be taken from your card details (as provided with your registration), unless prior approval has been obtained from the Auctioneer to pay a deposit on this card. If a deposit has been agreed by the Auctioneers, the amount of 20% of the purchase price plus the full Buyer’s premium and VAT will be taken from the registered card. This can be refunded if full payment is received by other means. Please contact our office BEFORE the sale day on 01404 891833 to make arrangements with our accounts department. Where a deposit has been approved by the Auctioneer, the balance must be paid in full by 4pm the following day.

By completing the bidder registration and providing your credit/debit card details you agree:

•That you are authorized to provide these credit/debit card details to the Auctioneer, and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

•That the full purchase price, plus the auctioneers fees and VAT due, can be deducted from your card upon the lot being declared as sold to you, and you authorise the Auctioneer to charge to that credit/debit card, that payment (including all fees and VAT) for the items purchased.

•That if prior approval for a deposit payment has been obtained from the Auctioneer, you agree to pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price, together with the full Auctioneers’ premium and VAT due. Where a deposit has been approved by the Auctioneer, the balance must be paid in full by 4pm the following day

•That you agree to abide by the Auctioneers’ Conditions of Sale and any special terms and conditions as stated in these conditions and on ibidder.co.uk website.

•That before all lots are removed by the Purchaser, you shall pay in full the purchase price for all the lots bought by you. Such purchase price must be paid by 4:00pm, Thursday 21st February 2013.

REMOVAL: ALL LOTS SHALL BE REMOVED AT THE PURCHASER`S EXPENSE AND RISK. The goods are at the risk of the Buyer immediately upon the fall of the hammer. Clearance can take place only after full cleared payment has been made. There will be a 2 ton forklift available on site.

CLEARING TIMES:

Only between the hours of 10am to 4pm on the following days:

Thursday 21st February and Friday 22nd 2013

(Closed Saturday and Sunday)

Monday 25th February and Tuesday 26th February 2013

All goods MUST be cleared by 4pm Tuesday 26th February 2013 - ANY LOTS (with the exception of Lot 105 as per catalogue details) NOT REMOVED BY THIS TIME WILL BE DEEMED AS ABANDONED.

Where the Auctioneers or their agents gives assistance with the lifting and/or towing within the Auction premises in connection with the collection of goods such assistance is given entirely at the Purchaser`s risk and they shall incur no liability whether in contract or in tort in respect other than in respect of injury to persons arising from the negligence of the Vendor, Auctioneers or their agent.
