WELCOME TO ANOTHER NUCO AUCTION
Deposit: R 20,000.00 (TWENTY THOUSAND RAND) is payable upon registration by bank guaranteed cheque or EFT
(ABSA CHEQUE ACCOUNT 4070054439 – BRANCH 632005)
Deposit is refundable after the auction, if no purchases were made. The deposit shall be forfeited by the Purchaser if he/she fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the auction.
Payment: All purchases are to be paid in full by CONCLUSION OF SALE on site by EFT
or bank guaranteed cheque. No goods shall be released if funds are not cleared by Nuco’s bankers.
- CASH DEPOSITS INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED A 1.05% CASH DEPOSIT FEE
- AN EXTRA R250 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED ON LATE COLLECTIONS
- FINANCE CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PUT DOWN A 10% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF ITEMS BEING FINANCED BY CLOSE OF SALE
Standard Conditions of Sale: Each and every lot will be sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All information regarding the lots in the buyers guide are statements of opinion only and shall never imply any guarantee as to the correctness or completeness of any information supplied either verbally or in writing about any lot. These conditions shall be binding on all bidders.
Buyers Premium: The buyer will pay to the Auctioneer a premium of 10% exclusive of VAT on the “fall of the Hammer” price. The premium is not negotiable and is payable by all purchasers. The Auctioneer may also receive commission from the seller.
VAT: All bids exclude VAT. 14% VAT will be charged on all goods purchased which will be added to the buyers invoice
Vehicle Processing Fee: There will be R750.00 exclusive of VAT, vehicle paper processing fee charged per vehicle.
FICA: No vehicles or Natis docs will be dispatched without an ID document and proof of residence, e.g. Water & Lights account.
Dispatching Times: All purchases are removed at the buyer’s exclusive risk.
Dispatching time as follows:
FROM CONCLUSION OF AUCTION UNTIL 2 WEEKS AFTER THE AUCTION DATE
If purchased goods are not removed by the Purchaser by 28 March 2014 all risks, including that of theft and damage, but not limited thereto, shall pass to the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall have no claim against NUCO for any damages whatsoever.
