The assets are located in Both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Viewing is strictly by appointment only. Just contact our office and we can arrange viewing for you or further pictures as required.
All prices bid are subject to buyers commission of 10% + VAT. The majority of items are also subject to VAT on top of the purchase price.
THIS IS A TRADE ONLY AUCTION. ALL ASSETS ARE SOLD AS SEEN. ALL BIDS ARE VALID. YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY THE ITEM.
Payment Terms – Payment can be made by Bank Transfer Only. Payment will need to be received within 24 Hours of the auction closing.
Viewing We encourage people to view the items before bidding. This is strictly by appointment only with Paul Cooke Auctions. Please contact us to arrange.
Collection of Goods – Only when payment has been made in full and you have received a ‘paid in full’ invoice, can the assets be removed from the premises they are located at. All assets must be paid for in full and removed from the premises by 5pm Monday 10th October. If not collected, there will be a storage charge of £20 per lot purchased per day. All necessary equipment, labour etc… for removal of assets from the premises will need to be organised and paid for by the purchaser. Neither Paul Cooke Auctions, nor any person working for or on behalf of Paul Cooke Auctions will be responsible for any loss or damage to goods during or after the auction or during loading or transportation. Loading may be refused at the discretion of Paul Cooke Auctions.
Important Notes – ALL ASSETS ARE SOLD AS SEEN. Purchasers must satisfy themselves with the condition of the assets before bidding on them. All assets are sold with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. No warranties are given or implied, and no complaints will be entertained.
