Description
Four Winns 225 Sundowner built in 2001 and in great condition. Recently serviced Engine and Leg and sports the Fuel Injected 5.8 V8 engine. New seats (top of the range), new seat pedestals (gas adjustable) new full camper cover, new throttle control, new dash, new steering wheel, new mood lighting, new radio and lots more! It's truly a great boat and lots of fun! No problems with manifolds as they are recent. Cuddy cabin could do with updating but is clean and functional with no tears or rips in the upholstery. Here is a quick review of the money spent on her in the last six months: Two new manifolds €900 Full engine service including leads, plugs, distributor cap, rotor, belts, oil, oil filter, fuel filter, gearbox oil, leg impellor €450 New Battery €120 New interior mood lighting (blue) €80 New custom dash panels plus fittings €180 New Steering Wheel €90 New gearbox and throttle control €320 Two new top of the Vetus range seats €1100 Two new gas strutted fully adjustable pedestals €600 Two new seat protection covers €60 New camper cover with new stainless bars and fittings €2300 New fenders with new socks and fender lines €130 New VHF radio €450 (needs new aerial)
There is a trailer with the boat that has recently been refurbished. The brakes are working and there are LED lights. We can organise transport to Dublin Port or Belfast Port so it can be collected in Liverpool, Holyhead or Stranraer. Please contact us with transport queries.

The assets are located in Both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Viewing is strictly by appointment only. Just contact our office and we can arrange viewing for you or further pictures as required.
All prices bid are subject to buyers commission of 10% + VAT. The majority of items are also subject to VAT on top of the purchase price. Minimum commission of £50 + VAT.
THIS IS A TRADE ONLY AUCTION. ALL ASSETS ARE SOLD AS SEEN. ALL BIDS ARE VALID. YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY THE ITEM.
Payment Terms – Payment can be made by Bank Transfer Only. Payment will need to be received within 24 Hours of the auction closing.
Viewing We encourage people to view the items before bidding. This is strictly by appointment only with Paul Cooke Auctions. Please contact us to arrange.
Collection of Goods – Only when payment has been made in full and you have received a ‘paid in full’ invoice, can the assets be removed from the premises they are located at. All assets must be paid for in full and removed from the premises by 5pm Monday 6th March. If not collected, there will be a storage charge of £20 per lot purchased per day. All necessary equipment, labour etc… for removal of assets from the premises will need to be organised and paid for by the purchaser. Neither Paul Cooke Auctions, nor any person working for or on behalf of Paul Cooke Auctions will be responsible for any loss or damage to goods during or after the auction or during loading or transportation. Loading may be refused at the discretion of Paul Cooke Auctions.
