Please pay for your auction invoice via bank transfer within the agreed terms of the auction.Postage quotation requests should be made no later than Saturday 5pm following St Neots auctions and Tuesday 5pm following Bedford auctions.On receipt of your shipping quotation please send confirmation of acceptance by reply and await invoice for payment.Payments should be made on receipt via the direct payment link at the top of your shipping invoice.Your parcel will be shipped to the address shown on your auction invoice with which you registered to bid. We do not post to third parties or variant shipping addresses.We aim to ship parcels within 48 hours of payment providing funds are received within the above timeframe.Unless otherwise stated, parcels are dispatched using DPD who will send you a tracking code on collection.Parcels are sent uninsured at the buyer’s risk. If insurance is required you must organise this directly with a third party.We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Damaged parcels should be refused by recipient and will need to be followed up direct with the carrier.Postage is to UK Mainland only.Postage size, weight and content restrictions may apply. We reserve the right to refuse quotation for delivery of any lot at our discretion.Payment of shipping invoice implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions of postage

Attention is drawn to the Auctioneers Conditions of Sale in this catalogue. In particular, it is emphasised that all accounts must be settled on the day of sale.
17.5% (+ 3% for online bidders via bidspotter.co.uk
VAT will be added @ 20% to the bid price unless otherwise stated. A pdf list is available on our website indicating with * the lots where VAT is chargable on lots.
Credit Cards/Debit Cards
The Auctioneers are able to accept payments by credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) but purchasers paying by this means will be required to add 3% to their account to cover the card company’s administration charge. Payment by debit card is accepted without surcharge.

Ownership of goods, whether removed or not, will not pass to the purchaser until payment has cleared through the bank.
Purchasers are reminded that the dismantling, loading and removal of lots are their responsibility and that all lots are at the buyer’s risk from the fall of the hammer. A forklift truck and driver can be available by appointment to assist. Please call in advance to arrange.
Clearance
by 5pm on the day then by arrangement within 5 working days. Items not collected by this time will be treated as abandoned and disposed of as the auctioneers sees fit.
In completing the bidder registration and providing your credit card details you:
(i) confirm that you are authorised to provide these credit card details to the auctioneer, and have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
