Viewing (Strictly by Appointment Only)
A viewing day will be held on Thursday 27th April 2023 between 10.00am and 16.00pm. All viewings must be arranged with the auctioneers in advance of the viewing day.
Sale Closure
Please note that the auction closes from 13.00pm on Wednesday 3rd May 2023.
VAT
All lots will attract VAT at the current rate other than exempt items which will be stated.
Buyers Premium
All purchasers will pay buyers premium at 15% + VAT on the hammer price of each lot purchased.
Payment
All accounts must be settled prior to collection, no credit will be available. Payment to be made by bank transfer, bank details will be provided to succesful bidders.

Monday 8th May to Wednesday 10th May 2023 between 9.00am and 16.30pm each day.
Collection slots will need to be arranged with the auctioneers in advance of collection.
*Please note there is no exceptions to the above collection dates.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 No person shall retract a bid without permission of the Auctioneer.
2 The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse a bid and also the right to withdraw any lot from sale.
3 Title to each asset sold will only pass on payment in full by the purchaser.
4 Insurance for the item is the responsibility of the purchaser from the time of purchase.
5 Removal of lots from the premises is entriely the responsibility of the purchaser and must be carried out within the date range specified in the terms of the auction.
6 Any statements of age or condition in the description of the items are to be taken as statements of opinion and cannot be regarded as statements of fact.
7 The Auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees and makes no respresenrtation of the fitness for purpose of the lots sold.
8 The purchaser will gurantee to make good any damage done to the premises during the removal of the goods.
9 In the case of lots upon which there is a reserve, the Auctioneers shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The purchaser of any lots is responsible for complying with relevant laws and guidelines when carrying out removal of purchased lots.
