Viewing
Viewing of lots is recommended and encouraged prior to placing bids.
However, please be aware that goods placed in On-Line auction may lie in different geographical locations.
In the event of a “multiple location “sale, the location of each lot will be stated in the sale catalogue.

Bidding
All bidders are required to register with iBidder before being allowed to place bids in any On-Line sale.
Once you have received authorisation then you may place On-Line bids.
The bidder placing the highest bid at the close of the sale will win the bid and be termed “the Buyer”
Successful bidders will be notified by email within 24 hours of the end of the sale.
Buyer’s Premium
The purchaser will pay a buyer’s premium of 18% plus VAT, which will be charged on all lots unless indicated.
VAT
VAT @20% is charged on all lots (unless otherwise stated)
Handling Charge
Handling charges will be incurred if an item is to be palletised for collection. The charge for this is £20 + VAT.
However, where an item exceeds 30k in weight or requires 2 porters or more to move the item then a charge of £30 + VAT will apply.
Payment of these charges must be made prior to dispatch.
Delivery
We offer a parcel delivery service for smaller items (up to 20kg), this is charged at cost.
Invoicing & Payment
Successful purchasers will be invoiced by e-mail within 48 hours of winning lots.
Payments are acceptable Only via Bank Transfer or cash deposit directly to our business account.
Our Bank account details will be supplied with your invoice for payment.
Please ensure you include your paddle number reference with your transfer
Clearance
Once payment confirmation has been received, buyers are required to make arrangements to collect lots from site as soon as possible but certainly within 72 hours.
Collections must be made during the working hours of 9am-4pm and only by pre-arrangement with the office.
Any lots remaining on site after 72 hours will be collected and removed to an independent storage facility where costs will be incurred for each Lot and each day of storage
Items remaining in the storage facility for 56 days after the Auction concluded will be re-sold via our Auction and the proceeds will be donated to a charity of the auctioneers choosing.
