Sale Terms and Important Information

1. All Lots will be sold in (£) Pounds Sterling and settlement IN FULL is due immediately at the close of Sale.
2. In order to comply with money laundering regulations, Wright Marshall have adopted a policy of not accepting cash payments of £10,000 or greater.
3. NO items may be removed from the Sale Premises until Payment has been made. CHEQUES must be cleared before removal of items.
4. Buyers Unknown to the Auctioneers will have to provide suitable proof of identification or a Bankers Credit Reference before bidding on any item in the Sale.
5. Responsibility for each item is with the purchaser at the fall of the hammer.
6. Please observe the Sale of Goods Act at the rear of the catalogue.
7. CREDIT and DEBIT CARD FACILITIESare available at this Sale.
8. The Vendors are registered for VAT and it will be charged on all appropriate lots. The Vendors VAT number is 916-5552-15.

RICS CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION SCHEME: All financial transactions within this market are conducted with the Auctioneers acting as Principal. Sale proceeds are not paid into a client bank account and, consequently, the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme (CMPS) will not apply to protect the Vendor.
